Carlos & Raul were sooo helpful & went out of their way to help me with my TikTok shop return. It was a very large body pillow that came vacuum packed & when I opened it & decided i wanted to return it I knew I couldn’t get it in the packaging it was sent to me in. So when I got to the Normandy Park UPS store they both tried & tried to get this pillow to fit in a bag & then a box. Tried to vacuum pack it into the bag again with their vacuum & we got it figured out. But the entire experience was positive they had smiles & it really made my day to see them have such great attitudes & such a willingness to go above & beyond to be helpful & kind.❤

I recently went to the UPS Store, and I must say, Raul, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful and kind when it came to dealing with my package. His assistance made my visit enjoyable and hassle-free. I'm really impressed with his exceptional customer service skills. I just wanted to express my appreciation and let you know that I will definitely be returning to the store in the future.

I recently visited this store and it was absolutely amazing. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by this employee named MSK who took care of my return in a smooth manner. Best UPS in town hands down.

I came here with an awkward package and the team was confused at first. I had shipped this exact package at another location before. Raul helped me work through getting it packaged and shipped properly. He answered all my questions and made my day.

This location was fantastic! I needed an urgent large business print and was on a time crunch. They assisted with my not so high quality photos and made my dream idea a reality. They helped improve the quality of my photo and even had the print available same day. Above and beyond expectations going back for future services. Excellent customer service even though it began to get busy they still took the extra time to make sure my print was exactly what I was looking for while attending to incoming customers so there was never a line!

The manager and people that work there are very nice. I have. Mailbox there and have all my packages shipped there since people were stealing packages off our door step. Best investment I’ve ever made. Also ship my wine club shipments there so I don’t have to worry about being home to sign.
